Overview

Located in Ringgold, Georgia, the treehouse sits in 16 acres of private property. It is minutes from Georgia's best wineries and some of the most desirable hiking, whitewater, and scenic activities in Chattanooga and the Tennessee Valley. Escape to our mountaintop retreat for solitude and tranquility.

All Military, Police, and Firefighters will receive a 15% discount on all week day stays. Thank you for your sacrifice and service!

For a full tour of the treehouse, please visit our Insta (@SelahRidgeTreesort) and click on the "Tour" bubble below the profile.

Though plenty of activities are nearby for adventure, the treehouse provides sanctuary for the weary soul. An arched bridge connects the treehouse to the hot tub, custom-built in Alaska by Zen Bathworks. Made from aromatic cedar, you'll sooth away your worries as you breathe in the sweet mountain air.

Take in the views and sounds of the rustling trees while experiencing our spacious outdoor shower. Top off the night with a nice glass of wine, or roast smores on the balcony fire pit. At our treehouse you will not only enjoy the breathtaking views and the melodies of nature, but also unwind to the sound of the waterfall underneath. Bundle up in the warmth of the cozy indoors or bring in nature by sliding open the giant picture window. Our sweet escape makes kicking back in nature easy.

The treehouse is the perfect place for a romantic getaway for two. However, it can accommodate up to four guests comfortably with a full size trundle bed that pulls out from below the king bed if needed.

Our Treehouse is not currently equipped with wifi. It is our hope that this provides a much needed escape from the world and that you will enjoy being off the grid. However, if you find that plugging in is a necessity during your stay, there is great cell service. Any hotspots you provide should work well.

We live on site and will be as involved with our guest's experience or as uninvolved as they would like us to be.

Resting in Georgia, but in the heart of the Tennessee Valley, our treehouse is only 20 minutes from Chattanooga and approximately 1.5 hours drive from Atlanta. It rests very close to some of the greatest hiking and outdoor activities. One of our favorite wineries is also within a few miles and offers tastings of some of the sweetest Georgia grapes daily. Excursions like the famous Rock City, Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and even Cloudland Canyon are only a short distance.

Traveling is made easy by car with a gravel parking lot just a few hundred feet from the treehouse getaway. Also, feel free to bring your bike to ride the flowing mountian roads that bicyclists often enjoy all around the area.

We had the most amazing time at the Treehouse for my birthday! We chose the private dinner add on, and Chef P was absolutely incredible - each course was perfection. April and Daniel went above and beyond to ensure we had a restful and restorative escape in the trees and we can’t recommend a stay at Selah Ridge more, exceeded all of our expectations and we will be back for sure!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at the treesort. It was very quiet and allowed for a perfect relaxing and reset for us. April and Daniel were very accommodating and quick to reply when we had questions. Once we arrived, leaving to go explore was not an option. We just wanted to stay there and not leave until we had to. It is so cozy with beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere. If it is open do not miss the chance to book it! we booked our next visit before this one was even over.

Weekend was pure magic. From moment we arrived, we were swept away by peaceful atmosphere, stunning craftsmanship, and thoughtful amenities that made this stay truly exceptional. Private chef’s dinner was phenomenal—every dish was beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor, all enjoyed against backdrop of breathtaking scenery. Dining in a serene, elevated setting felt like something out of a dream. Balcony view was absolutely mesmerizing. Sipping coffee in morning or wine in evening, it was perfect place to pause and take it all in. Thoroughly enjoyed hot tub; relaxing soak under stars was perfect way to end each day. And outdoor shower? Incredible. It was invigorating and peaceful, surrounded by nature yet completely private. Breakfast was a delight; we loved cooking bacon and eggs on Blackstone griddle outside, and hosts went above and beyond with delicious muffins, bagels, cream cheese, and a perfectly stocked coffee bar that made mornings feel indulgent. nourished senses, souls!

Book this magical treehouse now!!! The treehouse is quite literally built on love as so many couples have visited and shared their experience in the guestbook! The room came with so many detailed extras, like a s’mores kit and hot chocolate, and there were instructions for every amenity at the home. We can’t wait to visit again! It is definitely worth it. Don’t hesitate book it now!!!

The treehouse was amazing, one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. April and Daniel were great and super friendly and helpful! We definitely want to come back and stay at the other two locations on the property!

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at the treehouse and could not have found a better spot to celebrate. April and Daniel have thought of everything to allow for a restorative experience. Excellent details at the treehouse (hot tub, fire pit, Blackstone grill, outdoor shower, and peaceful waterfall) and the extras at the greenhouse (options for massages, a private dinner, etc) and the sauna and cold plunge made our time memorable. The six hour drive was well worth it. We plan to return.

Our family of three cozied up among the trees for a few days. Our son slept comfortably on the trundle bed below the amazingly comfortable king-sized bed. The complimentary smores, muffins, and coffee bar was such a nice touch! Our favorite part as a family was soaking in the hot tub under the hanging lights, walking the property to the shared greenhouse where we cooled off in the cold plunge pool, and listening to the calming sounds of the waterfall as we watched and listened to birds on the deck. We rested. We talked. We read. We soaked in God's creation and truly felt the Spirit of the Lord dwelling at Selah Ridge. We also got a chance to visit downtown Chattanooga since it is nearby. We can't wait to return to this majestic place.
