Though plenty of activities are nearby for adventure, the treehouse provides sanctuary for the weary soul. An arched bridge connects the treehouse to the hot tub, custom-built in Alaska by Zen Bathworks. Made from aromatic cedar, you'll sooth away your worries as you breathe in the sweet mountain air. Take in the views and sounds of the rustling trees while experiencing our spacious outdoor shower. Top off the night with a nice glass of wine, or roast smores on the balcony fire pit. At our treehouse you will not only enjoy the breathtaking views and the melodies of nature, but also unwind to the sound of the waterfall underneath. Bundle up in the warmth of the cozy indoors or bring in nature by sliding open the giant picture window. Our sweet escape makes kicking back in nature easy. The treehouse is the perfect place for a romantic getaway for two. However, it can accommodate up to four guests comfortably with a full size trundle bed that pulls out from below the king bed if needed. Our Treehouse is not currently equipped with wifi. It is our hope that this provides a much needed escape from the world and that you will enjoy being off the grid. However, if you find that plugging in is a necessity during your stay, there is great cell service. Any hotspots you provide should work well. We live on site and will be as involved with our guest's experience or as uninvolved as they would like us to be. Resting in Georgia, but in the heart of the Tennessee Valley, our treehouse is only 20 minutes from Chattanooga and approximately 1.5 hours drive from Atlanta. It rests very close to some of the greatest hiking and outdoor activities. One of our favorite wineries is also within a few miles and offers tastings of some of the sweetest Georgia grapes daily. Excursions like the famous Rock City, Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, and even Cloudland Canyon are only a short distance. Traveling is made easy by car with a gravel parking lot just a few hundred feet from the treehouse getaway. Also, feel free to bring your bike to ride the flowing mountian roads that bicyclists often enjoy all around the area.

January 2025 5.00We stayed in the treehouse for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary, and it was perfect! So beautiful and relaxing. We are actually coming back next month with our 5 kids and will be staying in the Shiloh and the Tower so that we can experience them all!

January 2025 5.00This treehouse cabin was amazing! The hosts were spectacular and helped us schedule a charcuterie board upon arrival. Also worked with April to schedule my wife a massage on the property, she loved it. Amazing property, great for a romantic getaway (loved the cedar tub) and exactly as described. Lots of extra thought put in my April & Daniel. We didn’t want to leave!

January 2025 5.00We enjoyed it! Though we were there when temperatures were well below freezing, the Treehouse was warm and cozy. The outdoor shower, though daunting at first, was exhilarating and comfortable. Would go again!

January 2025 5.00This was the second time at the treehouse this year. We could not wait to get back up there. By far the best weekend getaway spot i have been to. I am looking forward to my next stay.

December 2024 5.00Fantastic place! Very private and peaceful! My wife and I enjoyed every moment and will stay again! The hosts have done an excellent job designing, maintaining, and thinking of everything you need. Also, the outdoor shower was super cool and plenty warm, even on a cold winter morning. I highly recommend it.

December 2024 5.00Selah Ridge exceeded our expectations. I don’t know any other way to say this but the blessing goes far beyond its charm, attention to detail, quality, and the excellent service of Daniel, April, and their staff. Selah Ridge invites you to pause, reflect, praise, worship, lift up, and exalt. It’s so much more than a treehouse. The spirit of God hovers over this special place.

November 2024 5.00Staying in this treehouse was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings and the unique charm of the treehouse itself. Nestled high among the trees, the views were breathtaking. The treehouse was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved waking up to the sounds of nature around us. The hosts were fantastic, providing thoughtful touches like a welcome basket with treats and detailed information about nearby attractions and hiking trails. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor shower. There's something extraordinary about showering under the open sky, surrounded by the sounds of the forest. It was a refreshing and invigorating experience that added a unique touch to our stay. We also spent our evenings on the outdoor deck, stargazing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. The treehouse had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a cozy seating area. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back!

November 2024 5.00Our time staying in the Treehouse was perfect. We were celebrating my husband's 37th birthday and wanted a relaxing trip for just the 2 of us. When we saw the Treehouse, we knew we had come to the right place. It is so cozy and well thought out. All of the little details... from the design of the building, to the muffins and wine they left for us, to the beauty of nature all around us. The outdoor shower was such a cool experience. The hot tub was the perfect end to the day, especially with all the lights surrounding it. We slept with the curtains open and woke up to the most gorgeous sunrise - another detail they made by having the treehouse face in the perfect direction. And the bed is sooo comfy. I promise, this is going to be the best trip you have ever booked. We missed it as soon as we got home. Thank you guys for doing what you do, you've done an incredible job and we are so lucky to have found Selah Ridge!
